Primary Care Physician

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully-remote, virtual setting
• Elevate remote care by providing compassionate and meaningful patient encounters
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician
• Refer patients to specialists or acute care services when clinically indicated
• Work on population health initiatives for risk-attributed patients
• Support patients immediately post-discharge to improve understanding of treatment plans
• Practice continuous self-evaluation to ensure adherence to clinical guidelines

Requirements

• Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• 3+ years of post-residency work experience
• 2+ years experience in an in-person primary care setting
• Experience with virtual visits
• Active MA state medical license
• Prior experience with EPIC EMR
• Currently enrolled or eligible for enrollment as a Medicare provider
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (36 clinical hours)
• Ability to work Monday and Friday with flexible starting hours
• Experience handling 3+ cases per hour

Preferred Qualifications

• IMLC license
• Spanish speaking skills
