Primary Care Physician

Responsibilities

• Provide text and video based comprehensive care, including acute care
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician
• Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their health needs
• Manage patient follow ups for chronic care programs
• Prescribe medication and refills as appropriate
• Drive high-quality care with a focus on patient outcomes
• Elevate remote care by providing compassionate and meaningful patient care

Requirements

• 3+ years of post-residency work experience
• Active state license in NJ
• Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• Currently enrolled or eligible for enrollment as a Medicare provider
• Primary care and behavioral health experience
• Ability to treat both acute and chronic care conditions
• Tech-savvy, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Clean background and medical malpractice history
• Willingness to commit to 40 hours per week (including 12 hours Saturday, 12 hours Sunday, and 12 hours one weekday)
