Principal 3D Artist

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate elite 3D brand visuals and motion designs for web, marketing, and digital surfaces
• Conceptualize complex narratives and develop style frames and storyboards
• Drive technical C4D production using physics simulations and advanced deformers
• Architect custom look-development with lighting setups and node-based shaders in Redshift
• Lead post-production workflows including multi-pass render outputs and EXR compositing in After Effects
• Systematize production libraries, including master project templates and material libraries
• Manage color-managed pipelines using ACES/OCIO configs
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to optimize geometry and textures for web environments

Requirements

• Over ten years of expertise producing world-class 3D visuals
• Expert command of Cinema 4D and Redshift
• Profound understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and form
• Ability to drive the entire creative cycle from concept to high-end post-production
• Meticulous attention to detail and passion for high-fidelity brand assets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with X-Particles or Houdini
• Character rigging skills
• Python scripting for C4D
• Familiarity with interactive web 3D tools like Spline or Three.js
