Principal AI Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-value MVPs and automations across 2–3-week sprints
• Build Trust Engagement Databases using Notion, SharePoint, or equivalent platforms
• Develop Power Automate workflows and Copilot Agent assets, including prompt libraries and automated triggers
• Prototype LLM-assisted Adverse Event triage workflows for classification and summarization
• Create reusable, well-documented components including data models and deployment runbooks
• Partner with Project Managers and Operations to ensure scalable solutions

Requirements

• Proven track record delivering automations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools, prompts, or agent frameworks (Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Claude)
• Strong command of data modeling using Notion, Excel, CSV, and Microsoft Graph
• Experience shipping MVPs on tight, sprint-based timelines
• Availability for a 6 to 8-week contract engagement
• Ability to navigate non-PHI environments responsibly

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in pharma or healthcare industry
• Experience integrating HubSpot or Microsoft Graph into workflows
• Knowledge of evaluation frameworks for classification and summarization tasks
• Portfolio of reusable internal tooling built for external clients
