About the Company

TurbineOne is a frontline perception company delivering decision advantage, situational awareness, and force protection. As a fast-moving DefenseTech startup, we automate portions of the military intelligence cycle to support national security.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver new revenue through direct sales to the U.S. Air Force
  • Identify sales opportunities and drive leads into the sales funnel
  • Pitch products, document scope of work, and negotiate contracts
  • Identify and engage military leaders to champion TurbineOne products
  • Contribute to the product and engineering roadmap
  • Drive expansions with current customers
  • Translate national security requirements for engineering teams and educate government buyers on tech best practices

Requirements

  • Over 20 years of service in the Air Force
  • Experience leading technology-related projects for the DoD
  • Proven track record of personally closing, signing, or negotiating at least one contract exceeding $1M
  • Ability to travel domestically approximately 25%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within high-growth startup environments
  • Deep understanding of the military intelligence cycle and defense procurement
