Principal Data Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision for data as a strategic product and platform capability
• Prioritize investments across data products, insights, analytics, and AI capabilities
• Define reusable data capabilities that scale across products and experiences
• Drive accessibility, governance, and discoverability for core data assets
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for customer-facing insights and recommendations
• Own the roadmap for analytical AI capabilities and workflow automation

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management with experience in data-intensive or AI-enabled products
• Track record of launching and scaling products powered by machine learning or analytics
• Deep understanding of data collection, modeling, governance, and exposure
• Command of data engineering, analytics, and software engineering landscapes
• Experience in fintech, payments, or other regulated, data-rich industries
• Familiarity with semantic layers, APIs, and AI/ML ecosystems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience defining product strategy where data is a core competitive advantage
• Systems thinking approach to identifying reusable platform capabilities
• Ability to translate complex technical data capabilities into simple customer experiences
