Principal Designer

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy and set design vision for complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Translate ambiguous product challenges into clear, elegant, and accessible design solutions
• Champion strong visual design craft, interaction design, and scalable visual systems
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to define customer-centered strategies
• Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate ideation to production
• Provide design leadership and mentorship across the company through influence

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience designing digital products
• Experience operating at a Lead or Principal level
• Proven track record of owning high-impact, ambiguous problems
• Exceptional visual and interaction design craft
• Strong systems thinking skills for designing at scale
• AI fluency with experience integrating AI into design workflows
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
