Principal Fraud Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
• Help customers develop fraud strategies, improve solution adoption, and achieve measurable business outcomes
• Provide expert guidance on fraud prevention, identity, authentication, and digital risk solutions
• Analyse fraud trends and solution performance to recommend improvements and optimisation strategies
• Partner with Account Managers to support customer retention, growth, and solution expansion
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services teams to support customer objectives
• Mentor colleagues through knowledge sharing and best-practice guidance

Requirements

• Expertise in fraud prevention, identity, authentication, or digital risk solutions
• Experience advising banking and financial services clients
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage strategic accounts
• Strong analytical skills to interpret fraud trends and solution performance
