Principal Fullstack

Responsibilities

• Build a product from 0 → 1 together with the founders
• Own features end-to-end: backend, frontend, integrations, basic infrastructure
• Make pragmatic technical decisions without a fixed stack or strict requirements
• Iterate fast: ship, get feedback, improve
• Contribute to product shaping, not just task execution

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior Fullstack / Product Engineer
• Previous experience building MVPs or early-stage products
• Comfort working without a predefined tech stack
• Ability to balance speed and quality
• Hands-on mindset — this is not a management role

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data-heavy products, analytics, or AI
• Startup or early-stage experience (especially in ambiguous environments)
• Examples of end-to-end ownership
