About the Company

The Blockchain & Climate Institute (BCI) is an international think-tank supporting and advocating the application of blockchain technology in the global fight against climate change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the identification of learning and training needs across the Institute
• Lead the curation and creation of learning and training opportunities for volunteers
• Design and deliver training initiatives to address identified needs within the skills and competencies framework
• Administer evaluations to assess the effectiveness of learning sessions, courses, and resources
• Provide regular administrative support for learning and development functions
• Coordinate BCI learning and training sessions
• Support general resource management duties

Requirements

• Background in learning design or corporate education development
• Strong pedagogical understanding for designing education products
• Degree or professional training in Online Learning Design, Learning and Development, or Online Learning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Learning Management Systems like Moodle or ability to learn quickly
• Strong English writing and oral communication skills
• Interest in climate change, climate finance, and blockchain technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional knowledge in Climate Change or Environmental Science
