Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop value-add strategies for existing firm transportation and storage portfolios
  • Structure and execute complex transactions to create value for EQT and customers
  • Lead business development for new trading counterparties, pipelines, and storage operators
  • Develop new product and service offerings
  • Perform financial modeling and analysis to assess proposal value
  • Coordinate seasonal customer-generated and EQT-generated RFP responses
  • Manage NAESB, ISDA, MSPA, and KYC request processes
  • Travel up to 50% within the Midwest to visit customers and attend events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of origination experience in the Midwest region
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proven track record in structured deal-making
  • Strong professional industry relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business, finance, or engineering
  • Excellent sales and communication skills
  • Ability to present proposals to senior-level executives
  • Expertise in structuring complex, long-term agreements
