Principal Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Analytics team, ensuring best practices and high-quality insights
• Develop advanced analytics models to support key business and product decisions
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align analytics with strategic goals
• Automate and scale reporting systems for enhanced efficiency across the organization
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering a data-driven culture
• Drive the use of predictive analytics and forecasting to identify future trends

Requirements

• Several years of relevant experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data science roles, focusing on advanced tools, techniques, and technologies
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end analytics projects from data gathering and analysis to delivering actionable insights
• Expert in data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, and Excel, with additional experience in advanced tools like Python or R preferred)
• Exceptional communication skills to present complex data findings clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Strategic thinking with the ability to connect data analysis to broader business objectives and influence decision-making at the executive level
• Leadership and mentoring skills to guide a team of analysts and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Experience with classified marketplace would be a big plus
