Responsibilities

• Own design end to end by partnering with product and engineering teams from kickoff through launch
• Use AI tools like Claude to interrogate ideas, surface risks, and build product plans
• Translate complex financial models and scenarios into clear, easy-to-navigate experiences
• Build prototypes using Cursor and Claude Code to validate ideas quickly
• Use Figma as the source-of-truth for full state coverage and dev readiness
• Balance simplicity and depth for both casual and power users
• Raise the bar for design craft and maturity through patterns and critiques

Requirements

• Must be able to work US office hours with overlap across ET and PT

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience with complex products (fintech, analytics, or healthcare preferred)
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, interaction design, and 0→1 work
• Active use of AI in design workflows for ideation and prototyping
• Ability to turn OKRs into product plans through research and success metrics
