Principal Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead visual direction and design standards for commercial web properties, specifically for weight loss medication initiatives
• Manage brand identity and coordinate design alignment across multidisciplinary enterprise teams
• Execute high-fidelity design solutions translating product strategy and user needs into intuitive experiences
• Ensure digital experiences maintain consistent visual design, interaction patterns, and accessibility (WCAG)
• Contribute to and evolve enterprise design systems, component libraries, and UI patterns
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and brand teams to define requirements and resolve complex design challenges
• Communicate design rationale and visual strategy to stakeholders and commercial leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design, digital design, or UX/UI design
• Proven success delivering enterprise-scale digital products
• Extensive experience designing web-based commercial products in agile environments
• Demonstrated leadership in managing brand consistency across large teams
• Strong experience working within design systems and component-based platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field
