Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead design initiatives across multiple B2C products
  • Set UI/UX standards and ensure consistent design quality
  • Collaborate with product leads and engineering teams
  • Mentor and develop junior design teams
  • Drive product launches and improvements

Requirements

  • Strong visual and UI craft skills
  • 5+ years product design experience
  • Leadership and strategic thinking
  • Cross-industry product development
  • Portfolio of 0-1 product launches

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with B2C product ecosystems
  • Government and non-government platform experience
  • Design leadership in fast-growing tech environments
