Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the agentic platform
• Define compliance-grade requirements, including guardrails and auditability for tax work
• Own the agentic access surface, including interfaces and tool-calling contracts
• Manage the data foundation as a product, setting contracts for schema, quality, and freshness
• Integrate external data sources like regulatory changes and SEC filings into the platform
• Measure success based on practitioner outcomes and workflow efficiency

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management with focus on technical platform, data, or ML products
• Experience owning AI or ML platform work from ambiguity to production
• Strong understanding of agentic AI systems (retrieval, tool calling, MCP)
• Knowledge of Lakehouse and medallion patterns, data contracts, and lineage
• Experience with AI evaluation, guardrails, or human-in-the-loop design
• Ability to communicate effectively across engineering, product, and practice teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in tax, financial reporting, or regulatory compliance domains
• Experience building or governing data products and external-data sourcing
• Hands-on familiarity with Databricks or Delta Lake
• Background in tech-enabled services or SaaS-to-services transitions
• Experience building a platform or major product area from an early stage
