Principal Product Manager, Growth (GCC)

Responsibilities

• Own the GCC growth strategy and roadmap
• Act as the regional product leader for the Gulf Cooperation Council
• Build deep customer and market expertise for migrant and expatriate senders
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate product development and research
• Prototype and validate ideas quickly using AI-assisted tools
• Run a high-velocity experimentation engine
• Navigate fintech complexity including KYC, AML, and fraud
• Partner with engineering on technical decisions and architectural tradeoffs
• Drive data-informed decision making through analytics
• Mentor product managers and cross-functional partners

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or payments
• Proven track record of product-led growth
• Proficiency with modern AI tools for prototyping and research
• Deep understanding of money movement, KYC/AML, and FX
• Experience with product analytics and A/B testing tools
• Strong strategic and customer-obsessed mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building for the GCC or MENA market
• Familiarity with Gulf regulatory environments (SAMA, CBUAE)
• Arabic language skills
• Experience integrating AI/ML-powered features in production
