Principal Product Manager (Growth)

Responsibilities

• Own Netlify’s self-serve funnel, driving net-new self-serve ARR including expansion and retention
• Build the measurement foundation, including attribution and product/AI-visibility analytics
• Establish and lead a robust experimentation practice
• Drive user activation by defining early milestones and shortening time-to-value
• Optimize paid conversion paths and expansion motions (credits, seats, add-ons)
• Partner with GTM teams to align product-led and sales-led motions
• Set the funnel roadmap and mentor other Product Managers

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management with experience owning a self-serve or PLG funnel
• Expertise in growth PM practices, including designing and running experiments
• Fluency in funnel instrumentation, attribution, event taxonomy, and cohorting
• Command of in-product monetization mechanics like paywalls and usage economics
• Proven track record of driving measurable revenue or retention outcomes
• Experience leading cross-functionally with Data, Design, Engineering, GTM, and Finance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI, agent, or inference funnels
• Exposure to PLG-to-enterprise growth motions
• Experience with viral or referral loops
• Experience building an experimentation platform from scratch
