Responsibilities

• Stand up a new product line from scratch, deciding what to build, buy, or partner for
• Design incentive and compliance architecture within complex regulatory landscapes
• Manage the financial model and unit economics to ensure product profitability
• Drive member behavior change by defining necessary product capabilities and journeys
• Develop the go-to-market plan and market narrative for brokers and consultants
• Define and own the proof layer and ROI story to drive retention and expansion
• Influence cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data, Finance, Legal, and Sales

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience at a senior or principal level
• Proven track record of launching new products from inception
• Strong financial modeling depth and understanding of unit economics
• Experience in healthcare, benefits, insurance, or fintech
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Fluency in using AI tools for research and synthesis
• Strong communication skills for presenting to executives and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or background in healthcare, law, or finance
• Experience in channel-driven markets where the buyer is not the end user
