Principal Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the MCP server and agent tool surfaces that AI clients use to query Endgame's context graph
• Ship frontend features, tRPC routes, and React components for customer-facing UI
• Design and harden the public API layer with authentication, Redis-backed rate limiting, and observability
• Integrate new data sources into the product via the context graph for human and agent surfaces
• Translate ambiguous product goals into concrete engineering scope and ship end-to-end
• Own quality on shipped surfaces: performance, reliability, security, and observability

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the TypeScript and JavaScript ecosystem
• Familiarity with Python
• Experience designing and implementing LLM and agent tool surfaces
• Experience developing APIs with observability and authentication
• Strong product instincts and ability to translate requirements into engineering scope
• Deep experience with agentic coding tools and modern testing practices
• Collaborative mindset with a bias toward action and reversible decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with revenue-data systems (Salesforce, CRMs, sales tooling)
• Experience with developer-platform infrastructure (SDKs, APIs, agent tooling)
