Principal Solutions Engineer

About the Company

Qohash is building the zero-copy data security control layer enterprises need to adopt AI safely. Our platform, Qostodian, helps large organizations discover, classify, govern, and remediate sensitive unstructured data across their most critical data sources without moving or copying the data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, leading demos, workshops, and pilots
• Lead technical discovery for enterprises with 5,000+ employees to identify gaps and define success criteria
• Maintain awareness of the AI, DSPM, and data security marketspace to articulate business impact
• Enable, support, and train partners on Qohash solutions to drive partner-led revenue
• Collaborate cross-functionally on RFP responses and strategic expansion plans
• Handle technical objections and act as the voice of the customer to provide product feedback
• Develop technical narratives and demo environments aligned to regional requirements
• Travel nation-wide for in-person meetings, conferences, and trade shows

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar technical role in data security or cybersecurity
• 5+ years of experience with software applications, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure
• Experience working with or positioning AI-powered products
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Existing relationships with enterprise security buyers, CISOs, or IT leadership in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling into financial services, healthcare, or federal/regulated industries
• Certifications such as CCSP, CompTIA, CISM, AWS, or Azure
• Hands-on experience in data security, privacy, or governance
• Ability to develop technical documentation and customer-facing assets
