Principal, Strategy Advancement- Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for external technology partnerships aligned with enterprise priorities
• Serve as the executive relationship lead for key technology partners, establishing governance and success metrics
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance member engagement through technology
• Present strategic recommendations and partnership opportunities to senior leaders and executive stakeholders
• Build business cases supporting partnership investments and growth initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business development, technology partnerships, consulting, or digital transformation
• 5+ years leading enterprise-wide initiatives or strategic programs
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
• Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, MHA, or relevant advanced degree
• Experience within healthcare, health insurance, or digital health organizations
• Familiarity with healthcare data, interoperability, and AI-enabled solutions
