Responsibilities
- Build and scale a robust Value Engineering practice and engagement model across the GTM organization
- Design sophisticated ROI models, financial impact assessments, and TCO tools
- Partner with account teams to co-lead value-based sales activities with C-suite decision-makers
- Standardize value-selling methodologies across regional teams
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Marketing to roll out best practices
- Deliver strategic data on value realization to optimize client expansion and retention
- Track the impact of value engineering on sales velocity, deal size, and win rates
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Management Consulting, or Sales/Business Strategy in B2B enterprise tech
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, ROI calculation, and business case development
- Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with C-suite stakeholders
- Proven success in developing and scaling value engineering frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for synthesizing complex technical insights into business narratives
- Ability to travel up to 25%
