Print Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of print production projects, including planning, costing, and delivery.
• Translate creative briefs into technical production specifications (sizes, materials, finishes, and color references).
• Manage RFQs, compare supplier quotes, and negotiate costs and lead times to ensure competitive pricing.
• Oversee production checkpoints, manage proofs/samples, and perform final quality control.
• Own project schedules and critical paths, proactively flagging and solving potential risks.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including POs, job folders, approvals, and delivery trackers.
• Track budgets and margins, providing regular status updates and post-mortem reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to improve quality and pricing through benchmarking.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in print production or print project management (agency, print house, or retail).
• Deep technical knowledge of print processes, materials, and specialty finishes (foil, emboss, spot UV, etc.).
• Proven track record in negotiation and supplier management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office for project tracking and reporting.
• Excellent fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic.
• Regional experience working within the Beauty, Cosmetics, or Luxury industries.
