Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of private foundations
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and video with precision
  • Manage administrative and compliance processes to ensure legal and reporting obligations are met
  • Coordinate efforts across grantmaking, tax, legal, and technology departments
  • Lead the onboarding of new foundations and tailor technology platforms to client needs
  • Provide expertise on private foundation regulations and operational best practices
  • Identify opportunities for internal process improvements and service enhancements

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in a client-facing, administrative, or compliance support role
  • Experience in philanthropy, financial services, or a family office preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to maintain a dedicated, distraction-free home office with high-speed internet
