Responsibilities

  • Review existing SaaS, cloud infrastructure, data, advertising technology, and service-provider agreements
  • Lead commercial negotiations with vendors to secure improved pricing and terms
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and eliminate redundancies
  • Research and evaluate alternative vendors to strengthen negotiating leverage
  • Develop vendor consolidation strategies across multiple business units
  • Analyze software utilization and spending to identify optimization opportunities
  • Support procurement activities related to new products and acquisitions
  • Assist with post-acquisition integration and vendor rationalization
  • Track and report on realized savings and procurement performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience negotiating SaaS, software, cloud infrastructure, or digital services agreements
  • Demonstrated success in generating measurable cost savings
  • Strong understanding of software licensing models and strategic sourcing
  • Experience with cloud, SaaS, data, ad tech, and enterprise software vendors
  • Experience supporting technology companies or high-growth startups
  • Strong financial and analytical skills to build business cases
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to overlap with U.S. Pacific morning hours (through 11:00 AM PT)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions, vendor consolidation, or post-acquisition integration
