Product Analyst - AI

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into clear, prioritized user stories
• Maintain product team backlog and manage all day-to-day activities for the Product Team
• Facilitate delivery for product squads, ensuring predictable, high‑quality execution with a strong team cadence and focus
• Analyze product usage and customer journeys to identify opportunities and risks
• Bridge product, business, and engineering through clear, insight‑driven communication
• Report progress to senior stakeholders, escalating blockers and/or dependencies where required
• Monitor post‑release performance and support rapid iteration based on feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst (FinTech/WealthTech experience is a plus)
• Project management experience
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, etc.)
• Knowledge of financial markets, wealth management, or investment products preferred
• Interest/knowledge using AI tools
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Startup mindset: adaptable, curious, and eager to build things from the ground up
