Responsibilities

• Help the team make content decisions based on data
• Determine which content is successful for the product and business
• Research factors influencing content performance, engagement, retention, and monetization
• Formulate and improve the content metrics system
• Answer complex business questions regarding content creation, scaling, or discontinuation
• Prepare analytical insights and recommendations for Product, Content, Marketing, and Business Development teams
• Present results and content metrics to internal teams and external partners

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product, business, or other analytics
• Proficient in SQL and experience with BI tools
• Understanding of product and business metrics
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure ambiguous business questions
• Ability to conduct independent research and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Strong communication skills and ability to present results to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in content analytics, media, entertainment, or streaming products
