Job description

Responsibilities

  • Optimize product processes, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement enhancements
  • Use data, feedback, and product context to inform recommendations and decisions
  • Support new and existing clients by troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution
  • Assist new product launches and activation activities such as user onboarding and enrollment
  • Independently organize, plan, and manage project milestones using project management tools
  • Track progress, dependencies, and risks to keep work moving forward
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to promote alignment on goals and timelines
  • Define and document product requirements with a focus on business and customer needs
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation including job aids, workflow documents, and data specifications

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience managing complex projects with stakeholders
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or product management
  • Knowledge of EHR, pharmacy, and PBM workflows
  • Familiarity with pharmacy benefit management and EHR interoperability (NCPDP, HL7, FHIR)
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
  • Basic to intermediate SQL and relational database knowledge
  • Strong ability to work in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Start-up experience or experience taking a product from 0-1
  • Experience with pharmacy value-based care initiatives
