Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
• Support backlog management by organizing priorities and identifying dependencies
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Operations, and business teams to reduce delivery friction
• Track and communicate delivery progress, risks, blockers, and action items

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in business analysis, Scrum Master, product support, or project coordination
• Experience with Agile delivery methods such as Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models
• Ability to write user stories, business requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Experience coordinating priorities, dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams
• Ability to communicate requirements with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience using Agile or collaboration tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Miro
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
