Product Analyst – Provisioning

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Provisioning and Integrations product roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Partner with internal development teams and third-party technical resources to evaluate and document new system integrations
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of the Cloud Provisioning Framework and API integration capabilities
• Research and document integrated business processes, creating detailed use cases, scenarios, and user stories
• Serve as the key point of contact for leadership on identifying functional, processing, and reporting data use cases
• Analyze complex business needs and translate them into actionable software requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience preferred
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON data structures, and API testing tools like Postman and Swagger
• Strong understanding of product roadmap development and cross-functional initiative leadership
• Knowledge of broadband provisioning concepts and technologies, including Fiber networks
• Familiarity with end-to-end software development lifecycles (SDLC)
• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
