Product Analyst (Remote - Multiple location)

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets and produce insightful, actionable reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions that support business objectives.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to monitor performance metrics in real time.
• Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations for action.
• Build, maintain, and support ETL pipelines for cloud-based data platforms such as Clickhouse Cloud.
• Translate data into clear, compelling visualizations and stories to inform decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase).
• Experience with ETL tools such as Airflow or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple teams.
• Ability to translate technical data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
