We are a UAE B2B WealthTech startup based in Abu Dhabi and backed by BNY Mellon and Lunate (a new $105B AUM alternative asset management firm based in Abu Dhabi, UAE). The company has raised $300M to build a state of the art wealth technology platform.

Our mission is to power and grow our clients’ Wealth franchises through differentiated experiences, financial solutions, and insights. Our digital wealth management platform- will enable banks and other financial institutions in the Middle East to grow and further penetrate affluent, HNW and UHNW investor segments.

While still leveraging the capabilities and knowledge of large organizations, our fintech is a startup with truly cross-functional and agile teams.

Responsibilities

Product & Backlog Management

• Translate product requirements into clear, prioritised user stories that the engineering team can act on.
• Maintain the product team backlog and manage day-to-day activities to keep squads moving.
• Facilitate delivery for product squads, supporting a strong team cadence and predictable, high-quality execution.

Analytics & Insights

• Analyse product usage and customer journeys to identify opportunities, friction points, and risks.
• Monitor post-release performance and support rapid iteration based on user feedback and data signals.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to keep the team informed on key product metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and drawing conclusions.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; willingness to learn SQL and data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, able to explain data in plain terms.
• Startup mindset: adaptable, curious, and eager to build things from the ground up.
• Genuine interest in financial markets, wealth management, investment products, or consumer fintech.
• Fluent/Native Arabic speaker
