Responsibilities

  • Evaluate LLM-Generated Designs: assess AI-generated wireframes, user flows, and product requirements for usability and logical consistency
  • Audit Accessibility & Inclusion: review model outputs to ensure they adhere to modern accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
  • Fact-Check UX Principles: validate that model suggestions align with established design patterns and psychological principles
  • Annotate Design Logic: identify gaps in user journeys, redundant steps in a flow, or poor visual hierarchy in AI-proposed interfaces
  • Refine Product Requirements: evaluate AI-generated PRDs for clarity, feasibility, and user value

Requirements

  • BS, MS, or PhD in HCI, UX Design, Product Design, or a related field
  • At least one year of professional experience in digital product design, user research, or design systems
  • Deep understanding of usability heuristics, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user-centered design principles
  • Ability to provide high-quality feedback on UI layouts, user flows, and information architecture
  • Proficiency in explaining design decisions and critiquing AI-generated designs
  • A PayPal account to receive payment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch
  • Experience with high-fidelity prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer
  • Familiarity with user research tools such as Maze, UserTesting, or Hotjar
  • Proficiency with product management tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion
