Responsibilities

• Evaluate LLM-generated wireframes, user flows, and product requirements for usability and logical consistency
• Audit model outputs to ensure adherence to accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Fact-check UX principles to validate that model suggestions align with established design patterns
• Annotate design logic to identify gaps in user journeys or poor visual hierarchy
• Refine AI-generated Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for clarity and feasibility

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in HCI, UX Design, Product Design, or a related field
• At least one year of professional experience in digital product design or user research
• Deep understanding of usability heuristics, WCAG accessibility standards, and user-centered design
• Ability to provide high-quality analytical critique of UI layouts and information architecture
• Proficiency in explaining design decisions and critiquing AI-generated designs
• Possession of a PayPal account for receiving payments

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch
• Experience with high-fidelity prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer
• Familiarity with user research tools such as Maze, UserTesting, or Hotjar
• Proficiency with product management tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion
