Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercialization workstreams for Faster Payments capabilities from strategy through launch and scale
  • Translate product strategy into launch plans, partner readiness requirements, and operating models
  • Drive alignment across product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and legal teams
  • Partner with technology, architecture, and processors to support integration planning
  • Define scalable product standards including data requirements and network obligations
  • Ensure product designs align with U.S. payments-related regulatory considerations like Reg E and UDAAP
  • Develop business cases for disbursements, payouts, and P2P use cases

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product commercialization, payments, fintech, or sponsor banking
  • Hands-on experience launching or scaling bank products or payment capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of bank program operations and partner ecosystems
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and manage cross-functional dependencies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Visa Direct or Mastercard Send
  • Experience with push-to-card, payouts, or disbursements
  • Master's degree
