Product Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Define, track, and report north-star and funnel metrics for brands and creators
• Partner with PMs to define event tracking specs during feature planning
• Work with data and engineering teams on data infrastructure modernization
• Validate data quality and act as a partner on schema and taxonomy decisions
• Build and maintain dashboards for PMs, leadership, and investors
• Use LLM-assisted SQL and Python generation for repeatable AI-driven analysis
• Tie product and campaign changes to revenue, retention, and unit economics
• Design A/B tests, size samples, and maintain experiment logs
• Support data literacy across the PM team

Requirements

• 5+ years in product analytics or data analysis
• Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or performance marketing
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (specifically pandas)
• Hands-on experience with customer data platforms or event tracking pipelines
• Experience with modern BI or dashboarding tools
• AI-native workflow using LLMs and agents for daily analysis tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in influencer, affiliate, or performance marketing analytics
• GCC or MENA market experience
• Experience configuring agentic analytics workflows
