Product Delivery Developer Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Track project deliverables related to Zoom phone implementation per branch
• Manipulate and upload spreadsheets and submit webforms for data input
• Perform quality assurance and data integrity checks on large datasets
• Monitor daily telephony deployments and track issues and mitigations
• Research and administer the Monday.com project repository
• Develop dashboards and metrics using Tableau or AI tools
• Participate in project meetings and back up the Product Delivery Manager when necessary

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a technology Project Coordinator
• 8-10 years of experience using a PC in a business environment
• High proficiency in Monday.com
• Beginner-level experience applying or developing AI to solve problems
• Strong technical problem-solving skills with fundamentals in data networking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work flexible hours including after-hours or weekends if required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau dashboarding
• Telephony industry experience
• Exposure to technology within the financial industry
• Advanced experience with Monday.com
