Job description

Responsibilities

  • Track project deliverables related to the implementation of Zoom phone at each branch
  • Update the status of deliverables in a centralized repository
  • Manipulate spreadsheets used as data input for Zoom implementations
  • Upload spreadsheets and submit webforms into a centralized repository
  • Participate in project meetings and record meeting minutes
  • Quality-assure data sets to ensure accuracy and data integrity
  • Provide routine metrics and reporting on Zoom

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience as a technology Project Coordinator
  • 8-10 years of experience using a PC in a business environment including MS Office
  • Strong proficiency in Excel including basic formulas, pivot tables, and graphing
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Technical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including afterhours or weekends if required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to technology in the financial industry
  • Experience using Monday.com
