Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, map customer journeys, and structure personas
• Formulate hypotheses, structure Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and validate solutions agilely
• Act as a bridge between customer needs and product strategy
• Monitor and evolve product and experience metrics
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members daily

Requirements

• Strong background in Discovery and user research (qualitative/quantitative)
• Practical experience in experimentation, PoCs, and hypothesis testing
• Strategic vision for holistic product and customer experience
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with product, data, and engineering teams
• Experience in people management and team development

Preferred Qualifications

• Exploration and development of AI tools to improve delivery quality and internal processes
• Previous experience in the Fintech or Banking/Financial Institutions market
