Responsibilities

• Design AI-driven experiences and seamless UI/UX for AI agents and legal workflows
• Own the end-to-end design process from research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to bring designs to life
• Create and maintain scalable design systems to ensure a consistent visual language
• Move fast and iterate within a high-velocity startup environment

Requirements

• Experience designing UI/UX for AI-powered applications and agentic workflows
• Strong visual and interaction design skills
• Proficiency in Figma
• Systems thinking mindset with high attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for legaltech, fintech, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS or consumer-facing web applications
• Knowledge of front-end development principles
