Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile products in the health-tech domain.
  • Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mocks using Figma.
  • Conduct and integrate user research and testing findings into iterative design improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver end-to-end design solutions.
  • Maintain and contribute to a scalable design system and component library.
  • Present design rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently.
  • Deliver assets and specifications for smooth handoffs to development teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or related field.
  • 0-3 years experience in product/UX/UI design.
  • Strong Figma proficiency and prototyping skills.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design.
  • Experience conducting basic user research and usability testing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for health care, life sciences, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and designing for AI-driven products.
  • Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS) to improve developer handoffs.
  • Prior experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end process and measurable outcomes.
