Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces from wireframes to final visual designs, ensuring usability and simplicity.
• Participate in defining the product roadmap by contributing insights from a user experience perspective.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Create and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
• Prototype and test UX designs to meet user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve the UX of the product.
• Work closely with other designers to ensure alignment across all features.

Requirements

• 7+ years of UX/Product design experience, ideally in SaaS or EdTech.
• Strong portfolio that shows your design process and impact.
• Advanced Figma skills (designing, prototyping, design systems).
• Experience running user interviews, usability testing and design validation.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to work across teams and cultures.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Based in Dubai.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in e-learning or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with developers.
