Easygenerator is a fast-growing EdTech scale-up on a mission to revolutionize learning through an award-winning authoring tool. Used by global giants like Kellogg's, T-Mobile, and Siemens, the company is AI-first, utilizing cutting-edge tools in both products and internal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own design for your product area end to end, including discovery, flows, interface, and first-draft copy
• Work as part of a trio with a PM and tech lead to decide scope and sequence
• Run user interviews and usability tests using product analytics
• Design using the existing design system
• Ship small UI and copy changes using AI-assisted code within established guardrails
• Participate in weekly design critiques and propose proactive improvements

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of product design experience, primarily in B2B SaaS
• Experience shipping a complex tool such as an editor, builder, admin surface, or dashboard
• Proven ability to move specific metrics through design
• Ability to write first-draft copy for interfaces
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including building or prototyping with them
• Full professional English proficiency
• Based in Dubai

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Claude Code or equivalent agentic coding tools
• Working understanding of LLMs and core AI concepts
• Background in e-learning or enterprise software
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge to review generated code
