Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Conceive, design, and deliver implementable user interface flows for payment and identity experiences
• Present and defend design recommendations and experience principles to senior stakeholders
• Act as a central point of contact for the EUDI European Digital Identity experience
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex identity and trust requirements into usable interfaces
• Contribute to inclusive and accessible design practices across all solutions

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a product-led environment
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Experience translating regulatory and trust-based requirements into user-centered solutions
• Experience building to AA accessibility standards
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research capabilities
• Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or C2)
• Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in French, German, or Dutch
• Experience working in distributed or multi-market teams
