Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain components, widgets, and primitives in Figma using advanced variants and auto layout
• Own variable and token architecture across primitive, semantic, and component layers
• Audit libraries to manage versioning and reduce design debt
• Partner with front-end developers to ensure code matches Figma designs
• Align component properties and naming conventions with Storybook
• Define and document design patterns and responsive behavior rules
• Support product designers through onboarding and component gap analysis
• Design end-to-end features, flows, and interactive prototypes
• Validate design hypotheses using usability tests and user feedback
• Enforce WCAG AA accessibility fundamentals across all platforms

Requirements

• Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer
• 1+ year of experience maintaining a production design system
• Expert-level mastery of Figma (variables, tokens, auto layout)
• Technical literacy in HTML/CSS/JSX or Storybook
• Practical understanding of responsive design
• Familiarity with WCAG AA accessibility standards
• Proven ability to conduct usability research

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a dedicated Design Ops function
• Familiarity with visual design principles and brand consistency
• Experience managing large-scale UI kit migrations
