Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product design for enterprise AI workflows, from discovery and research through to high-fidelity designs and implementation verification.
  • Lead user research activities (interviews, workshops, usability testing) to inform design decisions across legal, compliance, finance, and operations workflows.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma to validate concepts and communicate design intent to stakeholders and engineering.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers within Agile squads to ensure accurate, high-quality implementation and timely releases.
  • Maintain and evolve a coherent design system to ensure consistency across the product and scale design patterns.
  • Champion accessibility, clarity, and trust in AI-driven interfaces; perform design reviews and sign-offs before release.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Portfolio with enterprise case studies showing end-to-end process and measurable impact.
  • Experience designing for complex, multi-step workflows (legal/compliance/finance domains preferred).
  • Background designing interfaces for AI/ML products or data-heavy applications.
  • Familiarity with developer handoff practices and basic software constraints.
  • Experience contributing to or scaling a shared design system.
