Product Designer

Responsibilities

Strategic Design Leadership:

• Partner with technical teams and procurement experts to define enterprise problems
• Lead design for autonomous negotiation interfaces, real-time analysis dashboards, and workflows
• Create experiences making advanced AI negotiation capabilities accessible for procurement professionals

Enterprise Product Development:

• Define and own key metrics for enterprise user adoption
• Research and present findings supporting business and product growth goals
• Design elegant, simple solutions for complex procurement challenges from wireframing to finished workflow

User-Centric Enterprise Design:

• Conduct research and testing workshops with procurement executives
• Design user interfaces for AI agent orchestration, contract intelligence, and outcome optimization
• Deliver intuitive experiences for high-value, autonomous contracts

Collaborative Implementation:

• Implement design solutions with technical teams and present decisions to stakeholders
• Address enterprise-grade needs in security, compliance, and integration
• Review release performance and drive iterative improvement

Requirements

Essential Experience:

• 3+ years designing enterprise/B2B commercial applications in-house
• Portfolio with complex product design, preferably enterprise software or BI tools
• Strong design skills across web platforms and enterprise desktop environments
• Experience designing data-rich interfaces and multi-step workflows

Strategic Design Skills:

• High-level product strategy and C-level communication
• Understanding technical implications in design, especially for AI/ML
• Independent ownership as part of cross-functional teams

Enterprise Design Expertise:

• High UX focus for professional users in high-stakes settings
• Clean, executive-friendly visual design
• Mastery of typography and grids for data visualization
• Experience maintaining complex design systems

Professional Qualities:

• Passion for solving complex business problems
• Ability to understand and work with procurement professionals
• Comfort with AI-powered and autonomous system interfaces

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Design, Computer Science, or related field
• Programming ability to build simple prototypes
• Experience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems for complex B2B products

Relevant Experience:

• Worked with fast-paced startups serving enterprise clients
• Background in financial services, procurement, supply chain, or high-stakes B2B
• Familiarity with AI/ML interfaces, BI tools, or workflow automation
• Experience with enterprise software design patterns and B2B user research
