Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product design for complex B2B workflows (vehicle ordering, contract renewals, damage reporting) and translate them into clear, usable interfaces.
  • Define user journeys, map edge cases, and ensure designs support HR and fleet administrators' daily workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to turn high-level requirements into actionable UI/UX solutions.
  • Use Figma for design, prototyping and handoffs; incorporate AI tools to speed ideation and iteration where appropriate.
  • Drive data-informed design decisions, validate hypotheses through user testing and iterate rapidly.
  • Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across the product.
  • Communicate design rationale and trade-offs clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.

LIZY is a fast-growing startup modernizing automotive leasing through a digital-first B2B platform. The Product Designer will join a remote-first team operating from the UAE (Dubai-based role), collaborating with product and engineering to simplify complex fleet workflows. This part-time role (approx. 20 hours/week) offers autonomy, strategic influence over product direction, and the chance to apply AI tools to accelerate design work. Candidates should be comfortable working remotely within the UAE and attending periodic in-person meetings in Dubai.
