Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UX for the Quality Management (QM) and Coaching platform features, including scorecards, coaching workflows, and performance dashboards.
- Translate AI and ML outputs into simple, trustworthy, actionable interfaces for supervisors, agents, and QA analysts.
- Run user research (interviews, workflow mapping, usability tests) and use findings to drive design decisions.
- Rapidly prototype and validate interaction models using tools like Figma and AI-assisted prototyping techniques.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, ML specialists, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure design feasibility and product alignment.
- Advocate for user-centric design and maintain high standards of visual polish and interaction quality.
- Balance product quality with iterative delivery to ship value continuously.
Requirements
- 2+ years professional experience in product or UX design (mid-level).
- Strong proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping workflows.
- Hands-on user research experience: interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis.
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS products or enterprise workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to design data-rich interfaces and dashboards.
- Portfolio with end-to-end case studies showing process, decisions, and outcomes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Quality Management, coaching, or contact-center technology.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and designing interfaces that surface model outputs responsibly.
- Experience designing for multiple user roles (agents, supervisors, QA analysts) within a single product.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment and leveraging emerging AI tools for design.
